Photo policy

We love photos from rides and runs. We also know not everyone wants to be in them. Here's how we handle it.

When you join

You pick one: include me, only if my face isn't clear, or leave me out. You can change your answer any time by emailing diversion@enroute.cc.

On rides

• Photographers favour close-ups, details and motion blur over posed group shots.
• Say so on the day if you don't want to be photographed. Ride leaders will pass it on.
• We don't photograph guests' faces for publication without asking.

Where photos go

Club Instagram and this website. We don't sell photos, and partners may only use them with the club's permission and yours.

Removal

If you're in a photo you'd like taken down, request removal. We remove it from the site and our Instagram within 7 days and confirm by email.
